As VP of the Customer Accounting and Settlement Services (C.A.S.S.) departments, I oversee a variety of functions and transactions that impact the customers and our clients financially. There are a wide range of tasks performed daily within the departments, from processing monetary transactions to preparing journal entries on our clients' behalf. Knowing our clients' portfolio structure and getting a better understanding of how I and my group can better meet their needs is key for me. From the many years with CardWorks Servicing, I certainly learned a great deal of the industry. I have had the privilege to work alongside diverse and intelligent colleagues, who have taught me about the industry and shared their knowledge with me. I will always be thankful to the people who believed in me and gave me the opportunity to grow, not only within the company but also as a person.

My team and I also build and maintain more than 25 websites for CardWorks Servicing clients, the companies that hire us to handle their customer-service operations. I worked here as an intern in 2005, came back to visit and they offered me a job. I'm IT all the way now.

My job is to make sure the call center phone system works 24/7. We can get more than 200 calls in just a few seconds. If we lose the phones for even one minute, it really impacts the business. I love how challenging my job is. When I came from Thailand, I expected to stay one or two years. It's been 10 years and I'm still here. My mother keeps asking me when I'm coming home.

I started with CardWorks Servicing as a collection representative in November 1999 when the Pittsburgh PA operation was opened. The company has provided tremendous opportunities for me throughout my tenure. Over the past seventeen years I have received multiple promotions and role changes up to my current position of VP of Operations. Some of the business units/functions that I currently oversee are Non-Affiliated Loss Mitigation, Customer Experience, and Fraud Investigation & Disputes. I have recently been selected to transition to the new Lake Mary, Florida site to be the site manager.
